1.1 Karakurummagic Mountain offers guiding and tour services for mountaineering expeditions, rock climbing, trekking, and various tours.
1.2 All services provided are subject to availability and weather conditions, and may be modified, canceled, or rescheduled at Karakurummagic Mountain's discretion.
2.1 A booking is confirmed once payment is received. All payment details will be provided upon booking.
2.2 Full payment must be completed prior to the start of the tour or expedition. Payment plans may be available and will be outlined during booking.
2.3 Any changes to bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance. Late changes may incur additional charges.
3.1 Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled tour start date are eligible for a partial refund, minus an administrative fee.
3.2 Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date are non-refundable.
3.3 Karakurummagic Mountain reserves the right to cancel any booking for safety concerns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.
4.1 Participants must meet the health and fitness requirements specific to each activity (mountaineering, trekking, rock climbing).
4.2 Participants should disclose any medical conditions prior to booking.
4.3 Karakurummagic Mountain may require participants to provide a medical clearance from a physician, depending on the nature of the activity.
5.1 Karakurummagic Mountain takes safety seriously; however, participants acknowledge the inherent risks in activities like mountaineering, trekking, and rock climbing.
5.2 Karakurummagic Mountain is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during tours or expeditions.
5.3 Participants agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the guides and staff.
6.1 Equipment provided for mountaineering, trekking, and rock climbing will be included in the booking fee.
6.2 Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of any equipment provided and may be charged for damages caused by misuse.
6.3 Karakurummagic Mountain reserves the right to refuse service to participants who do not follow safety protocols or wear required gear.
7.1 Participants are expected to respect local customs, nature, and fellow travelers.
7.2 Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated, and Karakurummagic Mountain reserves the right to end services for any participant who violates this code.
8.1 It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking, mountaineering, and any other adventure activities included in the tour.
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Pakistani law.
